Whether you come in to our 5000 square foot facility or our web page, we will do our best to find the right product or answer for you. If we don't have the product we will try to find someone that does. Our repair service will do repairs up to four ours labor. Any service that requires more than four hours labor has to be sent overseas. We charge $70. an hour and it is not to your benefit to exceed this limit. Overseas repair takes about 6 weeks and cost from $250 - $350. If you really like the system it just makes sense to send it when it doesn't need a lot of work.
